Welcome
to Sienna Woods
Sienna
Woods is a newly-developed community nestled
in the wooded hills of Cambridge Township, Guernsey County,
Ohio. Although located only three (3) miles from downtown
Cambridge, Sienna Woods offers the
serenity and privacy of a woodland retreat. Depending on your
site location, the gently sloping hills offer a range of breath-taking
panoramic views from colorful sunsets, to the lush green of
pristine woods
|
The
entrance to Sienna Woods is located
off Old 21 Road and invites the visitor up a private drive
to view the 29 scenic site locations. The sites range in size
from approximately 1/2 to 1-1/3 acres. Each site has water,
sewer (tap on fees included), electricity, gas, cable and
telephone. All utilities are underground. The 25-feet-wide
lighted streets are asphalt-paved with concrete curb, gutter
and storm sewers. Each site is wooded to provide shade and
privacy for each homeowner.
Sienna
Woods is located approximately one (1) mile
from the new Cambridge City Schools campus, which includes
an elementary, middle school and high school. Also, about
one (1) mile from Sienna Woods is
the North Star Shopping Center and the local hospital, Southeastern
Ohio Regional Medical Center. |
